We understand a customer’s curiosity which is why assure the shipment of all our orders within 5-7 working days.
How will I know my order has been shipped?
How will I know my order has been shipped? You will receive an email from the SanasBooks when we have processed your order. You can also check your order status by logging in to your account from our website.
What to do if wrong item is delivered?
In this case, please contact us through email or Whatsapp with your order number and the missing/wrong item - feel free to take a photo of the open package. This will help us understand the problem with your shipment as well as help us improve our processes in general going forward.
